• Vendors are expected to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently.
• Vendors are responsible for delivery services and charges, including city-based and country-based charges.
• Vendors are also responsible for handling returns and return charges initiated by customers.
• Warning: If you bypass ElectricMarket.pk more than three times, your account will be suspended or blacklisted.

Fees and Payments:

• Vendors are subject to applicable fees, including commission-based fees on products and categories as outlined in our fee schedule.
• Commission fees are calculated based on the sale of products within specified categories.
• Payment processing will be conducted securely through our designated payment gateway.
• Failure to pay commission may result in the suspension or termination of your vendor account.

Termination of Accounts:

• ElectricMarket.pk reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or any other reasons deemed necessary.
• In the event of termination, vendors must fulfill any outstanding orders and resolve any outstanding issues.

Intellectual Property:

• Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property (e.g., product images, logos) but grant ElectricMarket.pk a license to use such content for the purposes of promoting and operating the platform.

Liability and Indemnification:

• ElectricMarket.pk is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our platform.
• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold ElectricMarket.pk harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.

Changes to Terms:

• These terms and conditions may be updated. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and the latest revision date will be indicated.

Communication:

• Vendors consent to receive communications from ElectricMarket.pk, including promotional and informational materials.
• By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. ElectricMarket.pk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
